THE POWER FACTOR CORRECTION DEVICE (PFCD) HAS A COMPREHENSIVE FIVE YEAR FULL FACTORY WARRANTY
PFCD provides that, if within five (5) years from purchase date, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Power2Savings will repair or exchange the affected unit free of charge.
Installation must be done by a license electrician. To do otherwise voids the warranty.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
| (A) | Accidental mishandling, dropping or other types of physical abuse. |
| (B) | Units which have been opened, taken apart or subjected to unauthorized repair. |
| (C) | Units which have not been installed or used in accordance with instructions. We require the electrician receipt for installation verification. |
| (D) | Riots, civil disturbances, war or acts of God. This warranty does not apply to damages claimed in excess of the cost of a replacement unit, and although this warranty outlines specific legal rights, your actual rights may vary from state to state. |
